Package 1 - Let’s get started

If you have a date in mind, but need to locate that perfect wedding and reception venue, this is the package for you. With our experience in venue-finding we will carry out a detailed search from stunning country houses or wedding barns through to idyllic hotels by the river.

We will meet you to discuss your requirements in detail and then carry out an initial site visit at potential venues on your behalf. A provisional booking will be made with the preferred venue prior to your visit. We will be on hand throughout these early stages to answer any queries you may have during the visit and, subsequently, via e-mail or phone.

Package 2 - Just for the day

For those couples who have taken the decision to plan their own wedding, but would prefer a dedicated co-ordinator to oversee their plans on the day, this service is for you.

A co-ordinator will hold a pre-meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to run through the schedule and address any last-minute concerns you may have. On the day we will liaise with the suppliers and your venue to ensure all the arrangements are in place and manage any last-minute ‘hitches’ that may occur.

So the whole wedding party can relax, enjoy the occasion and, most importantly, the day you have planned will become a reality.

Package 3 - Take it easy

If you need extra time to shop for that exquisite wedding outfit, then look no further. We will take away additional demands on your time by offering an exclusive service - working with you from your first ideas through to the management of the great day itself.

We offer advice on suppliers, create a detailed project plan and will keep you notified when key decisions are to be made. Our approach at bee-mine weddings is flexible - if you wish to take a back seat that is fine. If you wish to be more involved, that’s okay. At the end of the day, the final decisions will be made by you.

Package 4 - Who will be there?

So, the invitations were only mailed two days ago, but the replies are already appearing through the letterbox. If you feel you are beginning to disappear under a pile of paperwork bee-mine weddings are pleased to offer the following service:

• take over the time-consuming task of managing guests’ responses either electronically or by mail;
• chase the stragglers;
• collate the information prior to you finalising the seating plan; and
• advise you of guests’ essential dietary requirements.

With our enthusiasm for planning and organising weddings, we will ensure that you enjoy the whole experience as much as we do.
